You are probably using Dial-Up Networking and you forgot to check "Log on to network" box in the connection properties.

When I try to mount a share, I receive the "Shared Resource Not Found" error, but I know I typed the correct path to the remote share.
When I select the Open Computer command or try to mount a share, the program displays an hourglass and nothing happens for some time.
Ok, I am connected to the LAN through a hub, but I can't see other machines' traffic again, as if it's a switch. Why is this so?
